<description>&#60;p&#62;I also only can fit in a 30 minute workout. I have had good success with Jillian too. I have done 30DS, Ripped in 30, and 6 week 6 pack, which helps with ab toning but also cardio and crosstraining too.  They are all short but you feel it afterwards!

<description>&#60;p&#62;My favorites are Bar Method.  I have tried so many different ones and these ones are the only ones that I always come back to and that I will do consistently.  I also got great results from them.  I don't really like cardio or high intensity stuff though, which I know some people love.  My only issue is that they are long (like an hour).  If they were 30 min, they'd be perfect.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I liked Lindsay Brin's postnatal boot camp.  The theme is kind of cheesy but there are options for lots of variety, and a 12 week program.  I also really liked that it is geared toward moms.  There is a short ab workout that I sometimes liked to do just by itself.

&#60;p&#62;Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30- I liked this one a lot more than 30 Day Shred and found myself using it more than 30DS&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;21 Day Fix- it's a whole system with an eating plan that uses containers and workout DVDs.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Piyo- loved how it was pure body weight and Chalene Johnson is really motivating&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;P90X3- my absolute favorite workout system of all time. The workouts are only 30 minutes and I felt so strong when I did the system earlier this year. My goal is to do this and piyo once I have the baby, fingers crossed.
