Following a program was very new for me, and it took awhile to feel like I was doing the moves the right way (with all the breathing and bracing), but it all did eventually snap into place. I can tell my core is definitely much stronger than before. I’m starting to move on to her Daily 15 workouts.

<description>&#60;p&#62;@hitchhiker:  yes! I started mommastrong about 2 months ago because I wanted to work on DR and build more core strength. I have been working my way through all the core strengthening workouts and am very impressed. I’ve lost about an inch from my belly, which I attribute to fixing my post-pregnancy pouch, rather than actual fat loss. I’m not sure I can do the HIIT workouts due to a knee injury, but I’ll check them out when I’m done with the core workouts. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Other than mommastrong, we have a gym and pool at our apartment and I do a lot of cardio. I will either do the elliptical or swim 4-5 times a week.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Following... still on mat leave with #2 and I have about 20 lbs to lose. It's really hard to find time to workout now and it will be even harder after going back to work! I have been walking/jogging after my 2yo goes to bed (he goes to bed early, 7 at the latest) and my husband watches the baby for about 30 minutes. But I'm SO TIRED and there's so much stuff I need to do at home, it's hard to get motivated. And it is boiling hot outside here even at 7pm. But I have never had great luck with workout videos! Honestly my preferred exercise is doing some activity I really enjoy, like ballroom dancing, swimming, ice skating, so I don't feel like I'm &#34;working out&#34;... but all those things are basically impossible to fit in, time-wise, with 2 little kids.

<description>&#60;p&#62;How do you feel about running? I know a lot of people aren't a fan but I've found it's the only thing that consistently works for me. I stated off absolutely despising it like 13 years ago but now it's my dearest love :-) I feel like I get the most bang for my buck. I never got a good workout from videos but running for 30 or 40 mins is energizing and burns a ton of calories.

I usually combine 2 workouts to do about 20 minute ish a few days a week. I have till next spring to loose ~15 lbs as well (sister's wedding) so I'm not in a HUGE hurry but I want to slowly build in this exercise time and also to gradually change my diet.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm really into MommaStrong (mommastrong.com). She posts new HIIT workouts every day and there is a super supportive facebook community. She tends to talk about finding balance in motherhood a lot while she guides the workout, so I find it to be good exercise plus some bonus life coaching. And while 15 minutes sounds like it wouldn't make a difference in your fitness, I actually have found it to be quite effective. It's $5/month, which seems like a total steal for the value I get from the program.
