Oh I thought of another one... It's called Life in a Day... It's produced by Ridley Scott and it was comprised from thousands of YouTube submissions from around the world of films that were shot on the same day. I found it to be neat and pretty well done! Hubby thought it was so-so. It depends on your taste in films, of course.

Off the top of my head, the Cove, Food Inc, Supersized, Tapped, Babies,Waiting for Superman, the one about Crossword puzzles.
Oh, and I highly recommend Lemonade. It's about people who are laid off who find their lifelong passion, you know, making lemonade from lemons. http://lemonademovie.com/

Thanks for all the recommendations!

I've added Spellbound, Mad Hot Ballroom, Comedian, Bill Cunningham New York, Herb & Dorothy, President's Photographer, Confessions of a Superhero and The King of Kong to the "to-watch" list.

I watched The Cove and enjoyed it profusely, but it is very sad. I'll save all sad documentaries (Dearest Zachary and Seoul Train) for a later time. Not sure if I can handle too much emotional stimulus whole pregnant.

The September Issue is one of my favorite movies! For documentaries, I like a bunch on Netflix but hard to say which are my favorite since I like them all for different reasons. I really liked The President's Photographer. I also thought The Cove was really good (although sad). DH really likes Confessions of a Superhero and The King of Kong. One of the saddest movies I ever saw was a documentary called Dearest Zachary... I wouldn't recommend it to parents, esp new parents... It was just too sad.

There's a documentary called "Seoul Train" and it's about North Koreans trying to escape. It's so sad...Terrifying...You see peoples' desparation. SIGH.

I love documentaries, I'm also always watching them on Netflix. But I never remember the names. I just watched one about people who get all of their food from dumpsters because they don't like to waste food. It was pretty interesting.

I loved the documentary, Comedian. It captures a lot of truths about comedians, and also pretty accurately describes how a lot of driven people assess their own lives:
