Thanks for your reply. I filled in a detailed questionnaire already and they said that’s all I needed for this eval. We have one scheduled for tomorrow for my almost 5yo. Just wondering what others’ experiences have been. I only got to speak to someone in scheduling so I have no idea what to expect. </p>
