I can't say exactly when he moved up but I'm 31 weeks now and I mostly feel him higher up. I think I've been feeling him higher up from about 28 weeks. Not positive though. I have a long torso so I always felt movement low. When I feel his little kicks and movements, it's almost always in my pelvic area, just below where the top of my underwear is. I know the uterus is supposed to be up to my belly button at this point so wondering why I rarely ever feel him higher. Is that typical? </p>
