@ScarletBegonia: I took my temp just to be sure and luckily I don't have a fever. Phew!

I'm starting to feel better after laying down for a bit. I do think that was blood sugar related. I probably should not have had a hot chocolate, a cherry coke, AND a big cookie while I was out and about today.

I'll plan to take it easy if I ever have another glucose challenge. Thanks for everyone's input

I felt terrible within a few hours after. Nauseous and tired. I had my mom come up for it during my second pregnancy because of how bad I felt before. I barely could get off the couch and took a several hour nap. Still felt bad and shaky when I woke up but less bad. Hope you feel better.

@macintosh: I felt awful for a day or two after both of mine- I failed my one hour and had to take the three! I got a migraine both times. I hope you enjoy your dinner tomorrow!

@78h2o: Same here. I was in bad shape most of the day (but didn't pass the 1 hr, though I passed the 3 hr, which made me feel equally shitty).

@macintosh: something infectious, I guess? I just don't know if the sugar rush of the glucose drink could make you feverish...nauseated maybe but to be feeling cold and shakey I'd think you might have an illness :bummed:

@ScarletBegonia: do you mean like a stomach bug or the flu? I sure hope not.

@78h2o: oh, that's awful! I was feeling so lucky that it seemed so easy earlier. Still feeling gross :bummed:

I felt horrible that whole day...I think I might have ended up with a migraine too. I was surprised that I passed. I hope you feel better.

Earlier today I did a one hour glucose challenge test. I'm only 17 weeks (tomorrow) but my doc wanted me to do it early cause I'm a little overweight.

I felt ok during the test and after I felt fine after eating lunch. DH and I went to the movies after that and I had snacks, I felt fine.

It's been almost 9 hours since I drank the drink. I suddenly started feeling nauseous while making dinner. Dinner was a little late but I wasn't starving. I haven't been this nauseous in weeks since my MS improved. I took a zofran then I ate my dinner and I still feel awful. I feel nauseous and shaky and cold.

Could this be related to the glucose test even though it was hours ago? Anyone experience similar symptoms?
