I felt like this for a long time!!! People really can be so insensitive and not even realize it. (Not saying this about your MIL just from my own personal TTC journey). After years of TTC, I was able to conceive naturally in 2011 but I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks. I felt like it was me against the world for a long time after that. Then when I was pregnant with baby girl, some of my inlaws were like "oh next time it will be a boy, try again right away, don't wait." I was like "Really?!! You mother f_cker!" People just suck and have forgotten how to be kind.
