There are better ways to deal with that. Applying downward pressure to the lower jaw as you push up on the forehead is the most effective way to get out of it. I don't blame him for doing what he did. I would have been smacking her until she let me go. I'm sure my DH would also do the same. It doesn't matter that she's a woman, SHE WAS BITING HIM. She accuses him of "assaulting" her but SHE assaulted HIM when she BIT HIM. He was defending himself. Further she had already assaulted the woman she tried to steal from by snatching her personal property.</p> <p>Also if he had let her go, she would have just ran. Male or female, she's a criminal and should be treated no differently.
