Monitoring for me included a blood test the first time or so, then just an ultrasound. Maybe $400 each time? I actually really liked it - I had zero side effects, and I ovulated earlier than usual (CD 13, as opposed to CD 15 on Clomid and CD 19ish unmedicated).
