I am still breastfeeding &amp; I take fenugreek, blessed thistle &amp; mothers milk tea to keep my milk supply up. I have heard that you can't take fenugreek or mothers milk tea while pregnant, but what about while ttc? Just thought about it today while pouring myself some tea....hmmm...TIA! </p>
