It says to take 2 capsules 2-3 times per day with food. My LO is 6 months old and currently EBF. I went back to work a couple months ago and I've been struggling to keep my supply up. I started taking Fenugreek which helped, but not quite enough, so I want to try a different brand.</p> <p>I get a little weirded out by herbal supplements because it's not really monitored by the FDA, so I'm scared to just order whatever I see on Amazon. The first brand I bought was "My Brest Friend" (most ridiculous name ever?) and I'm wondering if there's another brand that other people trust. </p>
