What to expect when you're expecting has a whole book on healthy eating when you're pregnant and I think it has a TTC section too. You should check that out! I bet it will have lots of meal/snack ideas.

My best friend is getting married in a month so until then I'm on a low calorie diet (needs to lose 5 pounds). After that I want to increase foods that help fertility in my diet.

Does anyone know of any fertility friendly foods?
Is it even true that certain foods can help you get pregnant?
Are there certain foods to help girl or boy swim reach the egg first?
Is there a nutrition checklist for what to eat daily when TTC?

Right now my low calorie diet is this:
A 150 calorie smoothie (frozen strawberries, oj, banana, and low calorie yogurt) for breakfast.
A bag (4.5 servings) of steam fresh Edadmae beans for lunch
Grilled chicken and salad with almonds, craisins, and basalmic dressing for dinner
Vanilla low calorie yogurt with vanilla granola for after dinner treat
64 ounces of water
1 can of diet doctor pepper

I'm an OCD eater :)
