I used the free version for a year, and then the paid version for 6 months, and when the paid version ran out and I went back to free, I could still see all of my charts. If you're really worried though, just print them/take a screen shot. But they should stick around for you.

<description>&#60;p&#62;@LaughLines:  My free version ran out last month ... At first, I was a little bummed that I couldn't see all of the symtoms, etc., but eventually, it felt like a weight was lifted. No symtom checking!! I can still see my old charts.
