@Chuckles: Multiple losses are the worst :( This makes #4 and it really doesn't get any better does it.

Gosh I hope we have similar luck!

@Jessiemuller88: Thanks gorgeous. Feeling old and VERY grateful for my big girls, that's for sure. Started bleeding yesterday so I'm really hopeful this resolves on its own.

Sounds like that one was your lucky charm!

@bhbee: Wouldn't that be amazing? I worry this was my first and only lucky shot, you know?

My doctor is happy for me to do my last few rounds of Letrozole but honestly, they're pretty much our last shots.

So true. I'm not 26 anymore that's for sure ;)

I'm so sorry for your loss

I had several chemicals and a later miscarriage. My cycles seemed to be pretty much on their regular schedule after my chemicals (I was tracking, but not doing ovulation testing). We actually got pregnant the cycle immediately following a miscarriage at 8 weeks. DD will be 9 months old next week.
FWIW: I was 40 and I wasn't doing IVF or on any medication.

I hope this is a good sign for you.

I'm so sorry for your loss  I have had 4 losses, and 3 were early. I'm pretty sure I remember that I ovulated around the same time the following month for 2 of them. For the third, we were just starting fertility treatment anyways, so meds impacted my ovulation.
To get pregnant after the 4th loss, I didn't need IVF, but we did throw most everything at it - estrogen, progesterone, baby aspirin, Femara, trigger shot, and timed intercourse (plus a couple other things I don't remember). It worked on our second try of that. It's really hard to know if any of that helped or if it was just a numbers game. I had the 4 losses within 12 months, so it could have just been getting a good egg.

@jaguar: I’m so sorry for your loss, and I hope it resolves on its own.

I had 5 losses before conceiving the twins. 3 were chemical pregnancies, around 5 weeks. Like @bhbee: I also ovulated on time after each one.

I had an early loss in March of 2019 and conceived the twins the very next month, so I do not think it impacted my fertility.

I am sending positive thoughts your way and hoping for another miracle for you.

I’m so sorry mama! But I hope one conception outside IVF leads to another!

I’ve had a bunch of earlier losses and it’s gone both ways. With my first, she came the month after a loss. I was using clomid then. That was likely luck more than a fertility spike, because after that it was never true again. But, despite many losses I did eventually get my 3 babies! As we get older too, such a numbers game to know you’ll have to likely try more times to get that good one. For earlier losses I pretty much ovulated on time or just a little late from the start of bleeding.

Take care of yourself, wishing you lots of luck with the next try!

Hi guys,

I'm currently going through an early pregnancy loss (again) only this time, it was from our very first non-IVF conception, which is still blowing my mind a little bit. We don't know much about how far along I actually was due to my cycles being a little scattered and all over the place) but am currently tracking HCG levels down, and have started bleeding today - so I'm hopeful it'll resolve on its own and not need help to move things along.

I want to ask though... for those who had early losses or chemicals, did it impact your fertility in the future?

We won't be doing IVF again, so for us, the only hope is another miracle natural concept - highly unlikely, but we're willing to give it a go.
