If that didn't work, we would probably just stop. We didn't NEED to have 2 kids and were happy with just one. Fertility treatments first, and adoption if that doesn't work. DH is an only child, and both of us come from extremely small families, so we really want to grow our own family a bit by having more than one child. I would want to try to take advantage of medical technology with at least some clomid and maybe an IUI, but not IVF. We've agreed that we would stop there and not do any fertility treatments (and not adopt, have a surrogate, etc). Have you thought about what you would do in this scenario? </p>
