No real changes, just kept up the prenatals, the coq10, and exercised a lot. Single transfer here too! x

@FliegepilzHut: yes she is. We opted for eSET because a) I'm tiny and we felt a twin pregnancy would be way too hard on my body and b) we have a ton of twins running in my family and we felt the risks are just too high.

Even if we would have more than one frostie we would still only transfer one.

No diet changes here...just yoga, a couple of rounds of acupuncture, and all the meds per my RE's office.

Was your LO the result of eSET? Wishing you success with your FET! :goodluck:

@elchalten: Yup, they said they wanted to give my blastocysts the best chance, so I had my ER in October and have been just chilling out waiting for FET this month.

Oh, dairy free diet? No I didn't see anything about that. Interesting, I'll have to look into finding some articles about that.

Thank you!

@bluestriped bee: interesting. Do they want a more natural environment for the transfer?
Does your AP also recommend a dairy free diet? I was able to keep it up before our first IVF but pregnancy and nursing brought me quickly back to it.

Good luck to you!!!!!!!!!

This is my first IVF cycle and first FET next week. (Trying to stay calm.) My clinic (or protocol?) doesn't do fresh transfers.

I've been doing what my RE recommended... prenatals, meds for PCOS & DOR, CoQ10 and baby aspirin.

I have been going to acupuncture about 3 times a month for the past 2 year.

Good luck on your next FET!

Hello.
We have a beautiful girl from our first IVF and are ready to head back to the clinic for our FET. We have one frostie and don't plan to do another fresh cycle if this one fails.

How did you prepare for FET?

For our fresh cycle I did lots of acupuncture, went gluten/dairy free and took supplements like CoQ10, fish oil, Vit D.

Did you change your diet for your FET?
