I would think the fever is unrelated to the flu shot. Probably just a virus, there's a lot going around right now.

So I know this seems like a far reach, but figured I would ask anyways. My LO got her flu shot on Monday at her 9 month appointment and has been fine the passing days. This morning though around 5 am, she woke and I went to her and she felt warm so I took her temp and it was 101. 3. She fell back asleep, and I took it when she woke up around an hour later and it was 101.7. She's acting fine, maybe a bit fussier, but otherwise normal. I wouldn't think the flu shot would cause a fever 5 days later though? Any thoughts?
