We ended up using Tommee Tippee for the majority of her bottle feedings. We had Dr. Browns and i hated them with a passion and didn't see the point. The Ventaire are upright bottles and were just easier and less parts for us! We combo feed with pumped breast milk and formula. We never had any gas/spit up problems. They're super easy to clean too. Even the slowest was/is too fast for my kids and causes them to gulp and get a lot of air. We were given Enfamil nipples in the hospital that my kids like better. I believe they are designed to be disposable, but we use them for a month or so at a time, then order new ones from Amazon.
