Lucky! We haven't even tried yet to claim because we were only on hypoallergenic formula for 3 months so it wasn't too bad. We turned to normal (gentle) formula about 2 weeks ago. But, good for you guys!</p> <p>I think the TRUE blame is on the formula company. Why the #%^* is the hypoallergenic formula double the price of soy/organic/gentle and all other formulas? That is our plan so we never went through insurance. I guess we were lucky that it took us about 2 months for them to cover it (a lot of back and forth between my son's allergist and United Health Care). And they only start paying for it after they approve it. They didn't cover formula that was already purchased. Hang in there... I'm sure they will cover it.
