DH can let things roll off his back, but when I"m in a mood I let it be known! I don't like to keep things in because then it just boils up and I usually get upset about something little (with a bigger thing behind it.) When we do, it's usually because he's pissed off about something and is stewing about it, which makes me mad. So I make him talk about it, and he gets mad. DH is laid back and goes with the flow mostly, so most "fights" we have are because I'm upset. We don't have many big fights because as I said, he's laid back and usually just wants to make everything right.
