I think she was getting ready to put in the request for the recording, and someone told her to make me file. Her tone changed after the last time she put me on hold. It's credit card related. Besides, they don't need it to listen to the call themselves... You know when you call your bank, and it says "this call will be recorded"? ... Long story short, Bank of America is jerking me around, and I am trying to get them to reverse a fee I was told I wouldn't have. It went from "we can listen to the call, and let you know", to "actually, we see you're going to have to file a subpoena for us to access the records". </p> <p>I assume they think I won't go through with it, but when $ is involved, I'm thorough! Anyone ever do this? I'd love advice. </p>
