I have gained so much from the boards so I thought I should finally start contributing.</p> <p>I'm a new mama to a daughter born in March 2014. I left my job during maternity leave and started freelancing when she was only 5 weeks old! My little business has continued to grow but I'm the primary caretaker to my daughter with a little help from a babysitter each week. </p> <p>We just moved north of NYC to the suburbs but have continued to take DD into Manhattan and have lots of adventures. I feel like I'm 1/2 city and 1/2 suburban mama because I still take public transportation a lot and don't rely on a car everyday. DH is a lawyer and works long hours so I really do need a bit more of a community and hellobee is such a wonderful spot. </p> <p>So I'm here and finally coming out of lurkdom! Talk to you soon! </p>
