(knock on wood) Last night she slept from 6:10 - 4:50, woke up for a feeding, and slept til 7:40! Then I feed him and he sleeps again for another 3. No crying at all and he is in his crib. </p> <p>Nap time is another story. I have been making a conscious effort to limit nap times in order to make sure he is in bed no later than 7:30 or so. At 11 months I think my daughter is finally sleeping through the night and we didn't have to sleep train. I think the biggest factors have been her moving to the one year old class at daycare and starting to walk. In the new class she's taking one long nap and maybe an afternoon cat nap. We transitioned her out of her sleep sack and just give a blanket and keep soft music playing at night. I am still breastfeeding so sleep training was really hard because she just wanted to comfort nurse all the time to go back to sleep! Just harin there may be hope for others if you don't want to CIO! </p>
