I don't know your area, but we've found a nanny/sitter collective we are looking into that has back-up/rapid care. So, they would be willing to come if our child was sick or if daycare was closed for whatever reason. </p> <p>We both work full time and taking time off for a sick kid or for a "snow" day is tough. </p> <p>Have you found anyone who can do this? How did you find them? We are in the early thought process of this so we haven't looked anywhere yet. </p>
