She pretty much eat whatever we eat, so we're now just more conscious of whether our meal has at least 1-2 thing she can eat! So much easier! And fruit/cheese/crackers as last resort since we always have those!

I just did whatever we were eating because it was faster than preparing something separate :-) But our staples were blueberries, bananas, pancakes/waffles or cheerios in the mornings.

We did finger foods cut into small pieces so not BLW style, but he loved it. Cooked carrots, green beans, zucchini, peas, peaches, pears, banana, and mandarin oranges are some favorites. I sometimes buy the diced peaches etc packed in juice for convenience. Also shredded cheese, black beans, tiny pieces of chicken or turkey for protein.

- I peeled sweet potatoes, cut into cubes, sprayed lightly with olive oil and baked until easily pierced. They lasted for several days and he loved them.
-Black beans are another favorite - you can buy a canned organic brand to get very low sodium.
- Try mashing 1/2 cup oat flour (I use Bob's Red Mill) with a banana and then fry up like pancakes. They are so good with cream cheese on top for breakfast for all of us and super easy.

sweet potato fries were a fave. so we're peaches. I sliced off a piece and left the skin on so there was something to hold onto that wasn't slippery. also strips of grilled chicken. :)

Avocado, banana, slices of melon? That sort of thing was always easiest for us.

DD has decided she is too cool for purees and only interested in finger foods. Suggestions for easy items for meals/snacks? Don't have a ton of time to cook, so needs to be easy. Thanks!!!
