And I was a nervous wreck during the sit-down with the nurse....she got us in to ease our minds. FWIW, you can always call your midwife/OB and request a dating scan. They can either do it in their office, or write you an order for a local lab. You'll have to pay for it (but you would have anyway). I was a little disappointed, though. All I did was see the nurse, pee in a cup, and have blood drawn. Since my periods are so irregular, I was hoping for a dating ultrasound. Oh well! Next appointment is in December! </p>
