I'm assuming this is a Korean tradition?

I'm planning in making little bowls out of pie crust by baking them in a muffin tin, then putting chocolate in it and fill it with berries.

My MIL made the fruit displays, I think she used watermelon and cantaloupe (with the rind cut into pretty edged bowl shapes and curlicue type things), green and purple grapes, strawberries, blueberries and orange slices. She displayed it on huge round gold platters, one was raised and the other was flat and they were part of the dohl table. I think it was a lot of work - she took the day off work to finish it! But it looked really pretty!
