We did serve lunch because of the time so I voted 1 for you. I think that gives people the chance to eat first, especially if you note it's a dessert party on the invite. If I were told that dessert was going to be served, I would plan my lunch around that ;) I'd either eat a big breakfast or an early lunch, then enjoy dessert. We would like to have a dessert party (with some light snacks too) so I am concerned about starting too close to lunchtime. My other issue is that LO often naps around 3:00-4:00pm (although not everyday) and I worry that a 2:00pm start time which is ideal in my mind might be too close to when he will be sleepy.</p> <p>What time would you start this kind of party, given LO's sleep schedule? </p>
