I started back in my old job and was able to leave the baby with my mom. Today, is baby's first day at daycare and my first day at my new job. It's been hectic for me as I am trying to read between the lines. Ugh! Nobody expected me to finish anything on my first day so no big responsibilities, but I was able to enjoy the feeling of not being responsible for LO for the first time for an entire day which was amazing, and getting to reconnect with the coworkers I'm friends with was a lot of fun. The person who took over my duties is ancient and doesn't like using the computer, so she printed out EVERYTHING (entire email chains multiple times) and left it in a stack on my desk. I also came into work and my badge didn't work, someone had worked in my cube while I was gone and made a huge mess so I just spent 2 hours cleaning it all up and trying to get my computer setup again. </p>
