When I made my appointment the receptionist told me that based off of my November MP, I would only be about 3 wks pregnant and that was pretty early to pick it up, so she felt I should be about 7 wks. My doctor won't see you until you are 8-10 weeks. Based off of my October MP, the receptionist put me down for today. When the doctor did the ultrasound, he saw a small sac that is right on target for 5 wks, which would be completely in line with my LMP. So, after a little bit of a scare, we now know we are really and truly pregnant and about 5 wks along. You may not get to see the baby at the first appointment.
