Your tests and levels were so good, I don't know what to think. I'm so sorry you're going through this loss. I just remember that I had gone to the ER to get them, because the fertility clinic doctor couldn’t see me for like three days and I emotionally couldn’t wait, so the ER gave me a dose, and then nothing happened so I called my clinic and they said that I should have gotten two doses to take two consecutive days. I had some mild cramping about 45 minutes later, about 3 minutes of intense cramping a couple hours later, and pretty much nothing the rest of the night. Tuesday morning I started spotting, but definitely not anything significant.<br /> My doc called in another dose, and I’m really hoping this works because I just want to be done and of course want to avoid a d&amp;c if possible.<br /> Has anyone had the second dose actually work? </p>
