My LO did not have any kind of a temperature when she cut her two bottom teeth, but when her first top tooth was coming in, she ran a low-grade temp on and off for a week. I sure hope that's all that's going on with your little lamb! She is drooling like crazy. Could teething cause that high of a fever? This is her first fever, other then from her 2 month shots. When we got home it was 103.2 rectal. I gave her Tylenol. Trying to rock her to sleep now. The doctor office said to call if Tylenol doesn't bring it down or she has a fever for 72 hours. She is breathing a little heavy, like she is congested but doesn't have a runny nose. She isn't wheezing. She is so tired but not falling asleep. What else can I do to make her comfortable?
