His hair had been falling out in weird patches, though...like 2" circles of baldness, and it looked so bad in pictures. I was going to let it go, but DH talked me into it. We buzzed off all but the top of his head. I just sat him down with seem toys and he did really well. Now at 8 months he needs another cut but I can't imagine he'll sit still this time! A good friend of mine cuts DH's hair at her salon so DS watched his dad get his hair cut then sat on his lap for a trim. He didn't cry! Did you do it yourself or take them to a barber/stylist? Is there anything special you did for them?</p> <p>DS is over a year old and hasn't had a haircut yet. It's getting to where it's in his eyes and shaggy. I think it looks cute but he probably needs a little bit of a cleanup soon. I'm not sure what to do, where to go and I don't want to forget anything sentimental (maybe get a lock of hair? any cute ideas?). </p> <p>What did you do? </p>
