Out of the blue in the elevator he hugged her legs, kissed her thigh, looked up adoringly and said "I love you mama". Before I got in the car I squatted down and called for my LO to come give me a hug. In the past he would usually not come to me and just smile and run-away. He's typically not a very affectionate toddler. But today, he ran straight to my arms and gave me a long, big hug with his head on my shoulder and everything. I wanted to cry! I felt so loved and I felt like he finally got what a hug is. He's only 15-months old but I hope that he continues being affectionate with us as he gets older. I could get used to hugs like this. :grin: :heart: </p>
