Shops and restaurants don't open until evening time. I had avoided all deli meat during pregnancy and craved ham so badly!</p> <p>With DD2, I didn't really abstain from any foods so I wasn't really craving anything. We were home four hours after she was born anyway and I think I had a bowl of cereal or something similar. When my family came to visit me, they brought salami, prosciutto, cheese, baguette, and fruit- yum!!! I don't know if it was my hormones or the high of giving birth but the hospital food always tastes delicious. The problem was, I ate and ate and didn't realize that going poop can be a problem after. After 2 weeks of holding all that food I had my "second labor" in the bathroom.
