The teething has been going on FOREVER though! the worst pain seemed to be a few weeks ago and the drooling has calmed down recently, but we were at bucketfuls for the past couple of months. It's mostly in but slow going so causing a lot of pain and sleepless nights. </p> <p>@MsLipGloss: I think it's possible for them to come in any order, at any time. The last two months or so, all four were cutting. Thankfully, we didn't notice until three had cut through.
