Once for a weekend and once for almost a week. I didn't flinch at it, because I knew she was well taken care of and I wanted a break. However, last month I spent an overnight with a friend for a short girls weekend. I was so NERVOUS! DD is now two and a half and DS is 7 months old. I found it harder to leave (well mostly leave her) now that she is older, because she is aware of my absence. So, I feel your pain! But, enjoy the weekend and the time away. DH took him with him to his parents and I'm going out tomorrow. I just miss him. I was hoping to sleep since its going to be a long, busy weekend and I haven't been sleeping well, but its after 2am here and I'm wide awake missing him. </p>
