i think 4 oz per feeding is also a good number--she may not drink all of it, particularly if she wakes up twice, but better to have too much than too little! if it's rare that she wakes up a second time, and if you're comfortable with it, you could give your parents a pack of those premixed formulas, for emergency purposes. we supplemented with those in the first couple of weeks and they are super easy to use.

D doesn't wake up but I would say plan 4 ounces per typical feeding that you'll be gone for. Unless she only ate a few times a day. I'd say 4 ounces is good if she still eats 6-8 times a day.

Sorry, I'm no help. Lo was not eating overnight at five months. If she woke up, she got a paci. But her average feeding was probably about 5 oz.

I have two weddings this weekend and they're two hours away from my parents so I'm going to have my first night away from R! I know she's in good hands with DH but I'm wondering how much milk to leave for the time, specifically overnight? She's down to one night wake up, but sometimes two. She's 5 months and I'll be gone for about 36 hours. I've heard 1-1.5 oz for each hour I'm gone?

How much was your LO eating overnight in a bottle at 5 months bottle feeding moms? How many times were they waking up?
