Pumped a 45 minutes before dinner (30 mins for travel). Was with friends for 3 hours and then 1 hour of travel. We had a great dinner and I had 2 glasses of wine! I hadn't had wine since July 2011.</p> <p>So besides the guilt of being away from my baby for an entire day and engorged breasts at dinner...I woke up this morning with painfully clogged ducts. I've been in pain all day and there's not much I can do at work besides pump. I think I'll stick to brunch on the weekends :( </p>
