I consider myself pretty "lucky" that AF came on cycle day 40 (cycle day 1 being the day everything passed). </p> <p>After I quit BCP two years ago I had to go through a cycle of Progesterone to kickstart myself into being regular. I asked the OB if I would need that again or if the natural/pregnancy progesterone might work, and he seemed to think it might be 50/50 either way. </p> <p>I also now feel so much more normal for having major emotional moments last week. I know the feeling. I am on cycle 3 post m/c and things have been pretty regular like before. My last cycle was short and weird but I am pretty sure that was due to stress and not related. YAY!</p> <p>(I figured some here may understand my excitement. lol!)</p> <p>I was super worried my body would be WAY out of whack after my MC at the end of January because I have a history of PCOS and super long cycles...this one was like clock work. </p> <p>I ovulated as soon as my hormones dropped (even before I went in for my last HCG check) and sure enough, 12 days later, AF makes her appearance. Now I just hope they stay regular like this! </p>
