Went through more tampons than ever before and had to double up a pad and tampon. Woke up with blood all over the sheets.<br /> It was awful but then went back to normal the next month. It was like 2-3 days of light-mediumish spotting (not enough to fill a tampon, even after several hours), plus some sharp, one-sided cramps.</p> <p>I'm wondering if it's just because it's the first one post IUD removal? Was your first period post-IUD pretty normal? </p>
