If not, ask him to jot down his entire medical history. My RE actually printed out his medical note for us since there was so much information to take in regarding the options. DH and I both felt good after talking to the RE and finally having an explanation for what was going on with the both of us as well as knowing what the next steps would be. I also had to do an ultra sound and the RE took u/s photos of my ovaries and uterus. We just went over my history, the records my other doctors had forwarded, discussed treatment options, etc. We didn't do bloodwork because she wanted them done on a certain cycle day. I also had to meet with billing because I was a cash patient. I was so nervous to go but felt so much better after I went. Jot down your questions beforehand so you don't forget! My RE was actually interested in them.</p> <p>Be prepared for them to look, ahem, down there.
