Know that it seems overwhelming at first, but you'll quickly get the hang of it. I'm glad I charted in the beginning because it helped me learn a lot about my body, but it was a relief to stop once I was pretty sure I was ovulating. It can get stressful watching all the dips and rises, so try to remember that you're learning your body's patterns and don't read too much into it. </p> <p>From HB, I've learned that many people have doctors who don't read too much into the charts.
