My guy cut his two lower middle like normal, then both his later incisors came in (we call them his fangs), now his canine are cutting at the same time as his top middle. Or something weird like that, I may be forgetting the story....but it involved a black tooth and then normal adult. Mention it to your ped maybe? Various sources say the bottom two then the top two THEN it's the lateral incisors come out, which is when he should be 9-13 months old. Did your LO's teeth come out "out of order"?
