With my first Pregnancy I went in around 6 or 7 weeks to confirm with a urine and blood test. They scheduled an ultra sound for later that week. I was around 7.5w with that one.</p> <p>With #2 - they had me come in like fast. The office had been crazy busy so I called after 3 days of positive POS and they had me come in two days later. I have had two early ultrasounds (around 6 weeks) where we were able to see a heartbeat. At my practice, they always give me a dating ultrasound. I think the 4 that I've had were (in order) 10 weeks, 6 weeks, 6 weeks, and 8 weeks. I was able to see the fetal pole of my twins. I'm only 5w7d. To top it all off they ordered an ultrasound for this week. Due to my work schedule I'm unable to do it until next week but that's still really early. I'm not sure if it's because I've had a miscarriage or because this is my second baby...any thoughts? Or has anyone had an ultrasound done that early? I'll be 7w3d on the day of the ultrasound.</p> <p>Either way I am sure excited. I think this ultrasound will give me a little piece of mind. </p>
