Then at 2 months we took a weekend trip to NYC to visit family. Neither of those are really <i>vacations</i> though. She did super great. She handled the flight well...slept the whole time, both coming and going. She adjusted to the time change pretty well. I'm not entirely sure that counts though, since it was just a 4 hour drive away, and we only stayed for 2 nights. Our first big weeklong vacation that involves a flight probably won't happen until DD is at least 9 months old. We'll fly to North Carolina for Christmas, and we might do a beach-y vacation in January.
