<description>&#60;p&#62;We had the old version of this and it was crap.  It doesn't bounce, it sways slightly assuming you are pushing it constantly.  And even then the motion isn't very deep (doesn't move that far forward/back) and just doesn't really calm a baby.  Now if You have a magical happy baby that just needs a place to sit, they might be fine and happy in it.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;But if you want a bouncer that bounces to soothe a baby, get the Bjorn.  its a lifesaver.

<description>&#60;p&#62;This modern fabric rocker caught my eye at Target. The other bouncy seat I was looking at is the Babybjorn that uses the baby's motion to move. This Fisher Price Rocker has a vibrate function.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;In your experience what do you think would be more soothing to a baby?
