It just helps me be a lot more self-aware of my activity level - some days I feel busy, but when I look at my actual step count I realize I need to fit some more exercise in. And sometimes I end up walking all over the house cleaning up to it my step goal, which is an added bonus! Haha. I got hubby one for father's day. Turns out it was kinda small so he asked for a large. Amazon had it for $117 during their "prime day" and another additiona $25 credit for the HR charge, so I jumped at it, so we each have one now. I was really hesitant at first to spend on it but it's incredible what competition and challenges can get me to do! Haven't gotten on the treadmill in 2 years since my daughter was born, andddd I got on ithe yesterday so I could get some steps in. Felt good! </p>
