Are you wearing front or back? I found that after a certain weight I had to strengthen my core so I was engaging my abs correctly (pulling bellybutton toward spine) to carry comfortably.

You could also post in your local BWI group for fit questions.

Ditto above recommendation, and I'd also strongly suggest joining Babywearing 102 as they are incredible for helping with fit issues. I think I posted a million "please tell me if I am killing my newborn" photos of my mei tai back in the day. Good luck.

Are you in the lillebaby love FB group? I'd put pics up there and ask for advice. I'm still using the fetal carry at this point so not sure how to help you!

I'm all of a sudden having fit issues! I have a few carriers but mainly use my LilleBaby all seasons, which I LOVE.

My daughter is 19 months, and 19 lbs. She's long and skinny. She doesn't fight the carrier at all, but all of a sudden I can't seem to get it comfy. It either kills my hips (too tight? Too low?!) or my lower back. I've tried tightening and loosening the waistband, the shoulder straps, etc. I don't know if she had a growth spurt that's throwing it off or what.

I unfortunately don't have any photos and she's napping..so helpful. Ha. I wanted to post while I was thinking of it, but I'll post some actual photos later on.

Anyone have any tips, or similar success stories? She worms her way out of the seatbelt in shopping carts AND the stroller no matter how tight, so I NEED to get this fit down!
