I have one and really like it! I also linked it to my fitness pal and it has helped me get back to pre pregnancy weight. I like being able to see my workouts but i do think it may undercount workouts like Jillian that are more cross training than walking and running. Mine doesn't have the HR part though so that may help make it more accurate.

I got one last year. I doesn't make me do random walking, BUT when it kinda stops me from being annoyed if I have to get a farther parking spot or run upstairs at work again. I just think - more steps, yea! But the huge bonus is the "silent alarm". I wake up so much more refreshed to the buzzing on my arm than I ever did with my regular alarm.

I just bought one off eBay today! I hope it's gonna keep me accountable with excessive. Plus I read it can calculate your sleep, I want to see how bad it really is with a 3 month old

I have the similar jawbone. I bought it around Christmas to keep me motivated to be active after I stopped running during my pregnancy. It has been amazing for getting me to go for walks, and find ways to grab extra movement during the day.

I have one, I got it about a year ago I think. So far, I like it. Sometimes I do get up and move if I realize I'm super close to my step goal. I like tracking my sleep most of all!

i've had one for about a year and still use it daily. I linked it up my fitness pal to log my food and I have a fun joining in on weekly challenges. So far since January I've lost 10lbs and it definitely motivates me to move more. I wasnt getting a lot of steps during the week (hooray desk job!) so i started going out walking at lunch

So I'm about 3 years behind on this one I know, but I finally decided to get a Fitbit Charge HR to help keep me on track. My friends and I created a group so we can "compete" with each other which I'm excited about. Anyone else have one, what do you think, did it help you keep on track? I hope by looking down at my wrist it will make me move more!
